Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the first day of classes. There is a £30 non-refundable admin fee for each class a refund is being requested.

Several types of goods are not eligible for a refund.

  • Gift cards
  • All digital/downloadable products/resources including self-paced courses
  • Supply kits sent after the purchase of some courses (i.e. Art & Design)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including the name and email address used when making the purchase.

Only partial refunds are granted. Your refund will have the following subtracted from the total:

  • Admin fee: £30/ per class
  • Supplies/materials fee for any materials sent by us for the class. This includes physical materials as well as the price of any digital items included in the course.
  • Payment for classes that have already been conducted (whether the student attended or not).


Once your request is received and reviewed we will send you an email to notify you of next steps. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then we will contact you for details to complete the refund requested. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. However, we reserve the right to choose an alternative payment method in order to reduce third-party fees for those involved.
