Opening Session
Encouraging words from Josh Kellard to help each of us better understand our role in reviving Christian Education in Scotland.
Morning Breakout Session Options

Join Emma Cummings as she shares about putting our faith into action as we plan for home educating. She will explore the importance of understanding your why and how to plan for the different stages and styles of learning.
This will also be a time to hear from those exhibiting. Each exhibitor will briefly share how they can encourage and assist in your home education journey.

Family Prayer Room
A place with prayer activities for kids and an opportunity for parents to pray with leaders about their needs and concerns.

Morning Family Learning Stations*
Activities include:
- Art Activity with Nicki
- World Languages Learning Activities
- History and geography activities for families with upper elementary and high school students.
*Learning stations are for families to enjoy together. Children are not to be left unsupervised. Parents are responsible for the care and safety of their children.
Lunch
Bring a packed lunch for your family or plan to visit the shop or nearby cafe for lunch.
Afternoon Breakout Sessions

Join Agnes as she helps us learn to make the most of dinner time by engaging our teens in quality discussions that will help secure their biblical foundations as they prepare for the next phase of life.

Emma is preparing some exciting physics, chemistry, biology, and astronomy activities prepared with several hands-on experiments you will love doing with your kids!
Other afternoon family learning activities* include:
- Math games kids and teens love
- Fun with English literature and language arts
- Exploring career prep/life skills. Logic and debate activities, and more.
*Learning stations are for families to enjoy together. Children are not to be left unsupervised. Parents are responsible for the care and safety of their children.
The Prayer Room will continue to be available in the afternoon.
Closing Session

Our day together will end with Josh Kellard returning to help us better understand what a biblical foundation for family education looks like at home, at church, and in our communities.

Speakers

Josh Kellard
Joshua was raised in rural Dorset, England, and since his mid-teens has lived for periods in the Philippines, China, England, and Scotland. He has worked in Christian education, tourism, and now in publishing communications.
Joshua is married to Dilara and together they are ‘blessed to be the parents of three lovely, lively children, and members at an evangelical church just outside Edinburgh.

Doors open at 9:30 am. You can visit the exhibits and get your family settled for a fun day together.

If you are unable to attend in person, audio recordings, slide decks, and additional information from the conference will be available to you after the conference is over.
Please register and indicate in the comments that you won’t be attending in person, but would like the conference recordings and materials emailed to you after it is over.
The Venue

Home Church Kirkintilloch
Lammermoor Road, G66 2AB, across from Oxgang Primary School in Kirkintilloch.
Parking is available in Oxgang Primary School car park and Woodland View School car park. Woodland View is also only 10 10-minute walk from the church.
Doors open at 9:30 am.
The conference runs from 10 am to 3 pm. Tea & Coffee provided. Please bring a picnic lunch.

Register and receive digital access to session recordings and digital materials.

Registration opens at 9:30 am
Registration and break-out session confirmation will begin at 9:30 am. The first session begins at 10 am.
The Church Carpark has limited parking and will be for blue badge holders only. Parking is available in Oxgang Primary School car park and Woodland View School car park. Woodland View is also only a 10-minute walk from the church.
Yes! Bring your family and enjoy the day together. Keep in mind we will not have staff available to care for your children, but you are welcome to bring them to enjoy the activities and sessions with you.
