Overflowing with fun facts, fascinating history, and even a dash of humour, this single semester (15 weeks), live online class goes far beyond a typical cookery course. There’s plenty of fun to be had!
This engaging and interactive course helps students:
- gain a deeper understanding of food, food groups, technical terms, and practical applications.
- develop essential kitchen skills and confidence.
- learn about health and safety—how to handle ingredients wisely and keep yourself and your loved ones happy and healthy.
We’ll also explore the basics of nutrition, drawing on my mum’s experience in biblical health coaching, and learn about the power of bringing people together through good food—just like Jesus did throughout the Gospels.
This is a live “cook along with me” course, where your student will prepare the same dishes from the comfort of your kitchen.
Your homeschooled 10 to 17-year-old will be able to ask questions in real time and encourage other classmates as a group while showing off their final creations. Parents and guardians—get ready to love Wednesday nights and enjoy tasting your students’ dishes!
