Honestly, the Logic and Debate class has changed my son! All for the better. Biblical Studies

I would like to heartily recommend the course on Biblical Studies from Arise Home Education. I have been deeply impressed with the content of the course. Ashley has clearly been thoughtful and prayerful in planning what to cover. As a Christian of 30 years I learn really valuable insights when I listen into the lesson. The quality of questioning is really stretching my son in his thinking, and the opportunity to voice his understanding and be listened to well is so important for teenagers. I truly believe that studying this course will benefit so many teenagers in their faith, in their ability to think logically, and their confidence to study further.

Apologetics Year 1

The ‘Apologetics, Logic and Debate’ course has been of great use to my son already. He is teaching people who he meets about various scientific principles that prove that God created the world, and he is spotting flaws in logic all over the place in the media. The variety of topics covered so far in the debating part of the course has been really far reaching, and I would recommend this course to any student who wants to engage intellectually with how to defend their faith.

British Literature

“My 14-yr old daughter participated in the British Literature class in Spring 2024 and she loved this class. She loved delving deeper into one of her favorite books, Pride and Prejudice. She found it challenging and very inspiring. She did this class in conjunction with the British Contextual History, and learned so much about this era, which also gave wonderful context for a deeper understanding of Pride and Prejudice and Jane Austen’s other works. So enjoyed working with Arise and their instructors!

Multiple Classes

I just wanted to give you a testimony for Arise from a parent’s perspective – We have used many online course providers, some of them much more expensive than Arise. Never before have our kids had the amount of personal attention and support.
If our kids or struggling or getting behind we hear about it right away and are able to course correct.
With math the teacher messages if she notices one of my kids was struggling with a particular topic and has offered to do a one on one zoom to help them build their confidence. This has never happened with another course provider, usually we don’t hear from them from one end of the year to the other except to ask for payments, and there is not this kind of individual care.
